AI Art Disclaimer

Some images used on the main website and wiki are AI-generated concept images.

These images are used only for early previews, mockups, and visual direction while Returners Online is still in development. They are not final game assets and do not represent finished in-game content.

Our goal is to replace temporary AI-generated images with original game art, commissioned assets, licensed assets, and assets created directly for Returners Online before and during game development by our design and art team.

Why AI in the first place?

AI art can be a useful tool for quickly generating visual concepts, exploring ideas, and creating temporary assets during the early stages of game development. It allows us to iterate on visual direction without the time and cost of commissioning original art before we have a clear vision for the game.
